We are excited to have you as part of the Praise Tab Worship Team! Serving on this team is a privilege and a calling to lead others into worship while reflecting a standard of faith, excellence, and unity. By joining this team, you agree to uphold the following commitments and expectations:

1. Punctuality and Respect for Time

• I commit to arriving on time for all scheduled practices, sound checks, and services. This means arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, prepared and ready to participate.
• I will respect the time of my fellow team members by being prompt, staying engaged during practice, and communicating in advance if I am unable to attend or will be delayed.
  
  

2. Standard of Faith and Conduct

• I will carry myself with integrity and reflect a standard of faith in my speech, attire, and actions, both during team activities and in my daily life, as a representative of Praise Tab and the worship ministry.
  • Speech: I will use encouraging, respectful, and uplifting language, avoiding gossip, negativity, or inappropriate content.
  • Attire: I will dress modestly and appropriately for practices and services, aligning with the team’s standards.
  • Actions: I will demonstrate a Christ-like attitude through teamwork, humility, and a willingness to serve others.
• I will prioritize the continuation of growth in my relationship with the Lord. Recognizing that Spiritual health is the most important aspect of what we do. 

3. Commitment to Excellence

• I agree to come prepared for rehearsals and services, having reviewed music or materials provided in advance.
• I will attend rehearsal with a sense of reverence with a one mission mindset. 
• I will strive to get better at my craft by watching myself via livestream and always looking for opportunities to improve and steward my gifting.
  
  

4. Commitment to the Team

•  I understand that the worship team is a commitment to serve faithfully and consistently as scheduled. I will communicate promptly with the worship leader if I have conflicts or need to adjust my availability.
• I will strive for unity by fostering a spirit of humility, collaboration, and mutual respect, working together with my brothers and sisters to create worship that glorifies God and strengthens our team.
• I will prepare diligently by practicing my role with excellence, arriving on time, and being spiritually and musically ready to serve, ensuring our collective worship inspires and uplifts the congregation.
